We ship orders within 24 to 72 hours of payment.  Please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Tracked First Class Mail or Priority Mail however neither is guaranteed by USPS or ultimatesticky.com.  If more than 15 days have passed please email us at ultimatesticky@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

Free shipping on all orders over $75 is applicable only to domestic orders within the continental United States.

Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.  

We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address. 

We are not liable for taxes, customs fees or duties on any international order. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
